Negative: Door didnt lock - was rectified the next day
Staff meeting us a check in didn’t speak English so communication was difficult
We had pre arranged scooters to be delivered on check in but no one knew anything about it
I showed them the communication through booking with prices and acceptance
The entrance gate lock wouldn’t work and had to be repaired
The sheets were dirty and stained
