Positive: ロケーションはとても便利なところにあり 部屋全体的にはとても綺麗でした　ただ 下水の匂いがバスルーム だけではなく バスルームの横のベッドルームまで充満しており 本当に部屋に入れられないぐらいでした Negative: 下水の匂いがベッドルーム 全部に充満していて吐き気がしてくるほど気分が悪くなりました　　貸し手はこの問題を分かっていながら私たちの予約を受け取ったことも分かっています　これはものすごくひどいことだと思いました　結局 ベッドルームに寝ることはできなかったので ラウンジルームにあるソファーに2人 寝て 2階のベッドルームを使用することになりました　特に この問題を貸し手は分かっていながら引き続き ブッキングを受けていたことにとても残念です　何度か 問い合わせをし 数日だけでも返金依頼をしましたが 結局何の返答もなく終わったので最後まで残念な アコモデーションでした

Probably nice when new, tired and dirty now. Negative: Unfortunately, on arrival we found an ashtray full of cigarette butts, popcorn left in the couch, stains throughout the kitchen benches and other surfaces, and noticeable dust throughout the villa. There was also broken glass around the pool area, which resulted in me stepping on a piece and cutting my foot. The villa was cleaned after we raised the issues, which we appreciated, but there were still numerous stains on the benches and other surfaces that couldn't simply be resolved through cleaning. The bigger concern was that the overall condition of the villa felt quite average and tired in places compared to the accommodation photos. While the villa itself is large and has plenty of space, it didn't feel like the premium accommodation we expected for the price. I'm not someone who normally leaves negative reviews or complains about accommodation, but we were genuinely disappointed. We paid more for this villa than other places we stayed at during our bali trip, and unfortunately don't feel the experience matched what we paid for.
